Lyndsay Ellis is a Recreational Therapist from North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in December of 2020, and became a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in 2021 before moving to Bloomington, Indiana. Lyndsay also coaches Special Olympics basketball and Unified volleyball for Monroe County. Lyndsay loves to rock climb, camp, play sports, read books, and cuddle with her dog Ryley!

My name is Brett Becker and I love to have fun! I graduated from Indiana University about 3.5 years ago and have been working as a recreational therapist ever since. To me rec therapy is an every day, fun way of life as I was introduced to it from getting into a Traumatic Brain Injury almost 8 years ago. That mishap taught me one overarching thing about people, we love to have fun! Ever since then I have enjoyed getting to know everyone, so all of my clients, and having great times with them in the sessions.' But I like to walk, hike, do yoga, go to coffee shops, laugh, smile, and be happy. The core of life is what holds importance to me, I love that about myself, so I am that through sessions with my clients' and in general life.

I am Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and received my bachelors degree in Recreation Therapy from Indiana University Bloomington in May 2020. Since graduating, I have worked in community based and assisted living; geriatrics is my favorite population to work with! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, hiking, reading, and going on cruises.
