My name is Aunah Knab, and I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) for FLOW Recreation LLC. I earned my master's degree from Indiana University in 2024. I completed my undergraduate studies at Trine University, where I obtained dual degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology. Originally from Toledo, Ohio, I relocated to Fort Wayne, Indiana, after meeting my now-husband while attending Trine University.

We are now proud parents to an almost two-year-old son, and our family also includes a dog and two cats. In my spare time, I cherish being with my family, watching movies, and participating in various workout classes. Another passion of mine is traveling across the United States and completing different hiking trails. So far, I've had the incredible experience of hiking in Yosemite, Joshua Tree, the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Mt. Washington, and Acadia National Park.
