Hello! My name is Jillian Ries and I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2023 with a bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation and Rehabilitation. While in college, I worked as a behavior technician at an autism center and have experience working with individuals with a wide range of disabilities ranging from children to older adults in both clinical and non-clinical settings.

I traveled out west to complete my internships at Peak View Behavioral Health in Colorado Springs, CO, and The National Ability Center, an adaptive sports center, in Park City, UT. From there, I moved to Fort Wayne and started working as a CTRS at F.L.O.W. in September 2023. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, playing volleyball, traveling, crafting, and spending time with my friends, family, and pup!

I love recreational therapy because it shows people how to truly live their best life rather than go through the motions.
