I have 10 years of experience working with people of different levels of need and ability. I graduated from Indiana Tech with a BA in Recreational Therapy, and I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. I like to find ways to incorporate physical activity whenever it is possible and appropriate in my therapy sessions, as I love to stay active and know the benefits of moving the body are so vital to well-being.

I like to get to know my clients and meet them where they are so that we can move towards their goals together. I see all of my clients as whole and complete people who deserve dignity and respect, and I take extra care to ensure they get that with me.

In my free time, I am often outdoors hiking, kayaking, or riding a bike while I enjoy the beauty our planet has to offer. I am also a vintage soul, so I like to go antiquing and thrifting whenever I can. I love being able to share my interests and experiences with my clients as well!
