I’m a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) at F.L.O.W. Recreation LLC. I graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Park Administration, Therapeutic Recreation sequence. I am also a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) Fitness.

I have years of experience working with various populations of clients, including those with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and behavioral health disorders. I specialize in strength training, mobility, balance, and aquatic fitness that provide both mental and physical benefits.
