Sean is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo's Recreational Therapy program in May of 2012. He has completed multiple clinical rotations that encompassed different populations during undergraduate studies.

In the summer of 2012, he completed an internship at Kent Healthcare Center involving long-term care patients with dementia and physical disabilities. In the fall of 2012, he enrolled at Slippery Rock University to obtain a master’s in Adapted Physical Activity. He worked as a graduate assistant and ran a health promotion program for youth with autism.

After working a few years in the field, Sean started F.L.O.W. Recreation in 2016, gaining experience as a CTRS helping clients with an array of disabilities. He currently coaches basketball for Allen County Special Olympics, and his life motto is "If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.”
