Maddie is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation (BSR) in Recreational Therapy from Indiana University in 2025, with minors in Dance and Psychology. She has over three years of experience as a Direct Support Professional through the Medicaid waiver program and has served as both a counselor and senior lead for an inclusive summer camp, supporting individuals ages 5–35 in building connections within their community.

Maddie is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships and promoting inclusion for individuals of all abilities. When she’s not working, you can find her dancing, spending time with her two dogs, or cheering on her favorite sports teams!
