Lydia is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist who graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2025 with her Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy and a Minor in Parks, Recreation, and the Outdoors.

While in college, Lydia spent 3 years working as a DSP in various group homes, which gave her the experience to work hands-on with a variety of populations. She has also been involved in other organizations like Wheelchair Basketball, Best Buddies, and Night to Shine. Outside of being a therapist, you can usually find Lydia reading, cooking, playing games, camping, or cozied up with her cat.
